Building-up Through Music

Speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Eph. 5:19-20, NIV)

Each time we praise our Lord for His wondrous forgiveness through song, our voices unite with fellow friends in Christ. Our church is recruiting choir members and instrumentalists to help build-up the Body of Christ here at the Lutheran Church of St. John by leading hymns and singing in regular worship services. Prayerfully consider using your Spirit-given talents by joining one or all of our music ministries listed in this brochure.

CALLING ALL SINGERS AND MUSICIANS!

Do you sing or play an instrument? One Voice would love to have you be a part of its music ministry to the congregation! If you can play keyboard, bass, drums, or guitar – the band could really use your talents! If you play other instruments you could play special music with us occasionally.

Singers are always welcome and needed! Usually three sing on Sunday – we can put you on a rotation with others throughout the year.
